Today, choose to trust Jesus with the big and small things.
A year ago, while reading Sarah Young’s “Jesus Calling,” I was challenged to use four words in any and every situation, “Jesus, I trust You.”
When I feel alone, when I feel scared, when I feel overwhelmed, when I feel depressed, when I don’t have any other words…these words bring peace and soothe my soul.
Try it. I pray that this will become a habit, one that helps us to put our eyes on the One who was, who is and who is to come.
He will never fail us, He alone is worthy of our trust!
Heavenly Father, You are worthy of my trust. You have never failed me and You never will. I trust You with the things that weigh upon me today. I trust You with the small things that may seem trivial to others. I trust You.
