Today, consider giving a gift that keeps on giving.
Instead of buying someone who needs nothing another token gift, give a gift in their honor!
Many organizations have programs that allow you to purchase livestock for families in impoverished countries.
Buy a cow, goat, or chickens that will provide food and/or income for a family.
Contact Project HOPEFUL Awassa, Heifer International, Samaritan's Purse or other groups that offer this program.
